Thank you for the successful completion of the RPC training and for providing us with the RPC certificate. I am sincerely thankful to the entire team for their efforts and support during the training. However, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding our overall experience, particularly related to accommodation, food, training, and discipline. First, regarding accommodation, when two of us (learners) arrived at night, accommodation was not provided to us. We reached again the following morning and were accommodated thereafter. Although it was initially mentioned that accommodation would be provided for three days, we were able to stay for only two days. Regarding food, there was no non-vegetarian option provided in the meals, which is understandable and not a major concern for us. However, the quantity of food provided on two occasions was insufficient, and the overall food quality was also not satisfactory. A more serious concern was related to discipline and alcohol consumption. We observed that all of the instructors consumed alcohol at night and cooked non-vegetarian food for himself, despite the clear instruction that alcohol was not permitted on the premises. I kindly request the concerned authorities to look into this matter seriously and ensure that the rules are followed equally by everyone, including instructors. We also experienced electricity fluctuations during the training. It appeared that there may have been some restrictions or instructions regarding electricity usage, which affected the overall training environment. Regarding the quality of instruction, Pankaj Sir and Subhendu Sir were very good instructors and explained the topics effectively. However, the performance of another instructor was not satisfactory, particularly in terms of teaching and professional conduct. His behaviour, including alcohol consumption, was particularly concerning. Another important issue is the drone flying practical training. Although 4.5 hours of drone flying practice was reportedly recorded in the training documentation, in reality, we did not receive the full practical flying time. It appeared that the required duration was recorded in the notebook without actually being completed. Overall, although we are thankful for receiving the RPC certificate, our overall experience during the training was disappointing. I request the concerned authorities to kindly review these issues and take appropriate action so that future trainees can receive proper accommodation, sufficient and good-quality food, adequate practical training, and a professional and disciplined learning environment. Excellent Training Experience at Flapone Aviation – Sohna RPTO ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the opportunity to attend my Remote Pilot Training at Flapone Aviation, Sohna RPTO, from 17th to 19th August, and overall, it was a very good and memorable experience. The instructors, Mr. Manish Shukla Ji and Mr. Gulab Sir, are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. They put in a lot of effort to make sure that every concept is explained properly and in detail. Their teaching style is very practical and easy to understand, and they patiently clear every doubt of the trainees. I would also like to appreciate Kamal Ji, the cook, who is a very warm and friendly person. The overall hospitality during the training was really good. What I liked most was that whenever we faced any difficulty or had any issue, the staff was always ready to help and resolve it quickly. The entire three-day training experience was smooth, comfortable, and productive. If I have to mention one area for improvement, the RPTO is located a little away from the main road and the approach road passes through a somewhat isolated/jungle-like area. For someone visiting for the first time, it can feel a little uncomfortable or confusing, especially while travelling there alone. A pickup/drop facility for trainees from a convenient nearby point would make the experience even better and would truly be the icing on the cake. Apart from this small point, I did not face any other issues. Everything else was very well managed. Overall, I am very satisfied with my training experience at Flapone Aviation, Sohna RPTO, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality drone pilot training with supportive and knowledgeable instructors. Thank you, Flapone Aviation, Manish Shukla Ji, Gulab Sir, and Kamal Ji, for making these three days so valuable and memorable!

The course content was fine, flying base also provided good experience, the main issue is i have did the course for doing weekend DaaS gigs in delhi ncr for which i need to connect with companies who need dgca certified pilot and have drones but from last 8-9 days i didn't get any response from flapone who is supposed to help me this like connecting me to companies as they have written "100% placement" on website although i don't need permanent placement but they didn't ever connected for further assistance every time i have to call on given number but nothing happens i personally also sent my resume to companies like skylark, skye air and aerodyne working in Delhi ncr but no response fromthere side. After all this i am in doubts like is i have invested 21.5k rs in good place and on 17 august medium rpc is also scheduled should i pursue that or not coz that will again cost 16.5k but i don't have much confidence in spending again if i not see much earning opportunity in this So please contact me and clear my stated doubts, ASAP!
